OBJECTIVE

Utilize the polygraph instrument in clinical, criminal, or civil matters to verify information provided to attorneys,
insurance companies, businesses, police agencies, private civilians, or security companies.  The polygraph
instrument is also be utilized for employment application verification, pre-employment screening, and post-conviction
testing of sex offenders.

Oversee the Polygraph Unit and its activities.  Maintain and observe the Polygraph Institute.  Conducted polygraph
examinations and obtained confessions for criminal cases, such as Homicides, Arsons, Burglaries, Robberies, Thefts,
Embezzlements, Rapes, Sexual Assaults, Child Abuses, Forgeries, Assaults, False Reports, Criminal Mischief, and Hit
and Run Accidents.  Polygraph Examinations were also conducted for pre-employment purposes for State and
Municipal Law Enforcement Agencies, along with civil polygraph examinations conducted on post-convicted adult and
juvenile sex offenders.
